Victoria University Awards Special Scholarships to Five Students

As it prepares to re-open on March 1, Victoria University has awarded special scholarships to five students to pursue different courses at the institution.
The five beneficiaries are Feddy Akello, Sylvester Lulenzi, David Siya, Moses Ssemitego and Swabrah Mbawomye.
