VAAL Real Estate has broken ground for Cadenza Residence, its flagship project in Uganda.

The event, held at the project site on Plot 1 Katonga Road, Nakasero, marks the official commencement of construction for this prestigious project, which according to the developer, “is set to redefine luxury living in Kampala”.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by key stakeholders, including representatives from the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), esteemed clients, VAAL Real Estate staff, and the media.

“Cadenza Residence is poised to become a landmark in Kampala, offering luxury residences that combine sophisticated architecture with cutting-edge facilities. The development will include amenities such as a heated swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a business centre, a children’s play area, and a separate steam and sauna for males and females. This project aims to provide a premier living experience, catering to those who seek the finest in urban living,” VAAL said in a statement. 

At 24 storeys and 80 metres high and several luxurious amenities to complement a comfortable lifestyle Cadenza Residences, when it is completed in July 2027, will be the tallest and one of a kind on the Kampala City skyline.

The project is expected to be completed in 2027 after a three-year construction period, bringing a new standard of elegance and comfort to the heart of the city.
