Seasoned communications expert, Peter Kaujju has been appointed as the new Umeme Head of Marketing & Communications, CEO East Africa can confirm. Kaujju has been the Head, Public and Corporate Affairs at Kampala Capital Authority (KCCA) for the last 9 years and his last day at the city authority is on June 30th. According to our sources within KCCA and the Ministry of Public Service, Kaujju
