The fund will support improvements in health outcomes and that the private sector was crucial to the development of Uganda’s health sector, urging the private players to invest in health in order to cut back on the gradually growing import bill.
The United Kingdom has pledged £83 million (about UGX423 billion) toward health services delivery in the country.
