UAP Group has unveiled its USD 70 million business complex in Kampala. The office complex which consists of four blocks has witnessed reasonable uptake of space so far with Uganda Revenue Authority as one of its top tenants. It is designed to provide efficient working spaces, energy saving, well planned parking and effective security surveillance. The complex is expected to become the benchmark in efficiency and business productivity in the growing master planned properties market in Uganda.
Speaking during the event held on Saturday 4th October 2014, UAP Group Chairman Chris Kirubi said their entry into property investment and management was part of the Group’s strategy to expand and grow in all the markets it operates in the region.
