Sylvia Nashuha has joined KCB Bank Uganda as the Marketing Manager, Corporate and Business where she hopes to utilize her expertise and banking experience to propel KCB to the acme of the industry.
Nashuha is a dynamic result-oriented professional with over 9 years’ experience in Marketing and Advertising. Her dedication to the industry has disrupted the status-quo and fueled the growth of every company she has worked with.
Nashuha’s passion and attention-to-detail have played a key role in the success of organizations like Fireworks Advertising, where she worked for 3 years. Her Strategy expertise re-ignited the company’s passion to strive for artistic expression in lieu of functional execution. Nashuha was also instrumental in growing business and building a comprehensive line of communication between the existing clients and the agency, cementing Fireworks Advertising’s position as one of the Top 5 agencies in Uganda.
She has also worked at D.light Solar Uganda where used her Brand and Communications Manager role to grow brand affinity and raise the profile of the different D.light products. She spearheaded the introduction of new initiatives that enabled the company to survive and maintain their market share, even during the Covid-19 pandemic.
