Sheraton Kampala Hotel, the home of celebrations in Uganda has announced its plans for this year’s Valentine’s Day, celebrated annually on February 14th. According to the hotel’s General Manager, Jean Philippe Bittencourt, this year’s celebration is unique considering the Covid-19 pandemic. “This year, just like last year is unique because of the prevailing circumstances.
