Mobile telecommunications giants MTN has once again shown its financial clout, handing over a cheque of UGX20 billion to the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) as contribution to the Rural Communications Development Fund (RCDF).
The telecom is currently waiting for the renewal of its operating license for another 10 years.
