Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda (CCBU) has announced the appointment of Isaac Sekasi to the position of Commercialisation and Business Development Director, effective 1 November 2022.
“The appointment of Isaac to the leadership team is pivotal in helping us drive growth for our business and the communities we serve,” says Melkamu Abebe, CCBU General Manager.
“CCBU’s aim is to leverage our scale and build capabilities that accelerate sustainable growth. We believe this appointment aligns very well with that ambition,” Melkamu adds.
In this role Sekasi will be responsible for trade marketing, revenue growth, demand planning and exports across the 13 soft drinks brands that are produced by CCBU.
Sekasi joined CCBU, (then Century Bottling Company), in 2020 as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the Kampala Region. He will leverage his 14 years of experience in the FMCG sector and his B.Com in Finance, and Marketing Analyst certification as he steps into this role.
