The one-of-a-kind Kingdom Kampala Branch will host the bank’s affluent banking brand known as I&M Select Banking, as well as a Corporate Banking Centre, 24-hour ATM and the soon-to-be-launched 24/7 digital self-service hub, known as the I&M Digital Pod. 

The branch opens 08.30 am – 05.00 pm on working days and 09.00 am – 02.00 pm on Saturdays. 

The I&M Kingdom Kampala Branch is one of a kind as it houses I&M Select Banking Service that is specifically tailored to High Net Worth Individuals and the bank’s premium banking segment; providing specially packaged products and services that complement their lifestyle and financial requirements.

For High Net Worth Individuals, the I&M Select Banking Service Centre offers money-can’t-buy experiential benefits and specialised products such as Off Shore Banking and Wealth Management where High Net worth Individuals are able to interact with our Banking specialists in Mauritius as well as financial planning advisory services (Insurance and assurance). Wealth Management Services among others include investment, financial, tax and estate planning advisory services. With Offshore Banking, which is offered in partnership with Bank One Mauritius, a subsidiary of the I&M Group, clients enjoy several services such as holding, making and receiving payments in multiple currencies and receiving international expertise and investment advice. Offshore Banking clients can also be facilitated to open foreign accounts, amongst other services.

IMBC is a corporate finance advisory firm founded in 2010 in Nairobi, Kenya. In 2012, IMBC set up a subsidiary company in Uganda – I&M Burbidge Capital (U) Limited (formerly Burbidge Capital Uganda Limited). In 2016, I&M Holdings Plc acquired 65% shareholding in Burbidge Capital Group. In 2022, the I&M Group, the parent company of I&M Bank, acquired the remaining shareholding in I&M Burbidge Capital, becoming the sole shareholder of the entity.

Ntulume also said that to enhance the Bank’s self-service proposition and customer experience, the bank has also enhanced its internet banking service- I&M Fast Pay which can now be accessed via a Personal Mobile App as well as on the web. He also said the bank is soon rolling out 11 new intelligent ATMs that will enable customers to do much more at the ATMs including depositing 24/7.
