This initiative focuses on Leadership Transition and Succession, providing support to leaders and organizations navigating these critical moments. Anchored in the study conducted by CivSource Africa on Executive Transitions and Succession planning, our commitment in response to the study recommendations is to document and tell stories of change, transition, and succession among leaders within the sector and beyond.
