High Court dismisses UGX5.6 billion arbitration award to ATC Uganda against Smile Communications
Hon. Justice Stephen Mubiru of the High Court set aside the arbitral award to ATC saying that, the award had been delivered out of time and that the arbitrator had exhibited partiality in the process.
