In a bid to enhance the customer care experience and ease accessibility, Goldmine Finance Limited has opened its second branch in Ntinda, a Kampala suburb.

The modern branch is located at Aponye Mall, right at the heart of Ntinda town and features a spacious and comfortable waiting area and is manned by a team of friendly and knowledgeable staff. 

Goldmine Finance is one of the leading Tier IV financial institutions in Kampala. It provides a variety of innovative financial solutions and services to individuals, and businesses as well as mobile loans, mortgages and agency banking. 

The main branch and headquarters are located at Akamwesi Complex near Makerere University Business School (MUBS).

Speaking at the inauguration Allan Tayebwa, the Goldmine Finance Managing Director said that they were “excited to expand our presence to Ntinda to provide our customers and the general public with greater accessibility to our financial products and services”. 

“Our new branch is a reflection of our strong commitment to delivering innovative financial solutions and personalised services to meet the evolving needs of our customers,” he said.

He added that with the expansion, customers should expect a wide range of financial services and faster turnaround times.

“Goldmine Finance prides itself in a superior customer experience, which is why we have invested in technology to digitalise most of our processes. We have also distinguished ourselves in this market for faster turnaround times. With this new branch, we will be able to further improve application-to-disbursement timelines,” he said.

The Ntinda branch’s regular business hours will be from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. 

Hon. Henry Okello Oryem, the State Minister for Foreign Affairs who was the chief guest, applauded Goldmine Finance and its founder for dedicated and transparent service to customers, who have in turn rewarded the business with growth.

Tayebwa appreciated all of Goldmine Finance’s stakeholders saying that the company’s growth was a direct result of their support.
