God works miracles and this is what has happened to the life of a 6-year-old whose story went viral through NTV Uganda news

During the story, Shakur Omiat was featured collecting empty water bottles to sell and get money to look after his weak grandmother, Christine Asio.

Hon. Steven Keddi through his Keddi Foundation has reached out to the boy at his family in Kinomu I Village in Pallisa Town Council, Eastern Uganda.

The foundation has offered Shakur Omiat a full scholarship from Primary to University and thereafter a job at Keddi Foundation.

The foundation will also build a three-bedroom house for his family and Jajja. They also donated to the family USD10,000 to help the family set up businesses to boost their income as well as cater for Shakur’s education needs.

The foundation also paid a loan debt of UGX550,000, and donated food, clothes, shoes and beddings to the family.

Keddi Steven, the President of Keddi Foundation said the intervention was within the mission of the Foundation to create a better life for all humanity.

Pastor Robert Kiggundu of Calvary Chapel Entebbe who opted to celebrate his 43rd birthday with Shakur who made 6 years, also promised to support the young boy and his family.
