The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) has announced the arrival of the first shipment of 100 km of line pipes at the port of Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania.
This signals the initiation of the main construction phase for the cross-border pipeline project as Uganda races against time to deliver her first oil in 2025 with only a year left.
