Bank of Baroda Uganda has made a major change in management by appointing Bhati Prithvi Singh as the new executive director.
Prithvi Singh replaces Manoj Kumar Bakshi as of March 25th 2021
The bank announces the change in a notice saying:
“The Board of Directors of Bank of Baroda (Uganda) Ltd (“the Company”) informs its shareholders and general public of the: Appointment of Mr BHATI PRITHVI SINGH as Executive Director Bank of Baroda (Uganda) Ltd in place of Mr. MANOJ KUMAR BAKSHI effective from March 25th 2021.”
Bank of Baroda is listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange.
