Africa moves to better leverage its natural resources with the formation of a continental natural capital accounting community of practice
Dr. Tom Okurut, Executive Director of the Uganda National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has welcomed the formation of the capital accounting Africa practice as a timely initiative, coming on the onset of the continent’s embracing the concept of natural capital accounting and its application to policy.
