Crown Beverages Ltd, the bottlers of Pepsi Cola, Mountain Dew, Mirinda, 7UP and Evervess have dragged QG Saatchi & Saatchi Ltd- an advertising agency based in Kampala and with offices in Kigali, to the Commercial Division of the High Court seeking to recover USD84,000 (UGX310 million) arising out of an alleged breach of contract.
