She describes herself as a job creator and passionate entrepreneur and of course, she is right—she is that and more.
She is a mother, a digital media messiahess, a public speaker and a mentor.
She is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Blu Flamingo Digital – a trans-media advertising agency specializing in Digital. Founded in Uganda in 2009, the digital agency has since gone continental, with a presence in South Africa, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.
The award-winning Blu Flamingo teams are either working for or participated in building some major brands operating in Uganda and across the continent such as NSSF, Centenary Bank, Airtel, Bell Lager, Tecno Mobile, Rwanda Air, KFC, etc.

The amiable and radiant Seanice has also been a Director, Programmes Controller and Presenter at 98.4 Capital FM in Nairobi as well as a Programmes Director/Presenter at Kampala’s SanyuFM 88.2.
She has also worked as a Channel Director and On-Air Presenter East Africa FM as well as a presenter on Clouds FM, both in Tanzania.
She also had a stint at public relations, working as the PR Manager, Kabira Country Club.
The bachelor’s in mass communication graduate from Makerere University also holds a Diploma in Business Management and Accounts from the Makerere University Business School. And yes, she is one of a few holders of a Digital Marketing Degree from the Webgrowth Academy in South Africa.
In 2019, she was named as one of Africa’s most Influential Women in Business – Service Category in Johannesburg by Africa’s most Influential Women magazine at an event in Sandton, JHB.
In November 2019, she completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 women course and won a fully paid Fellowship trip to New York as one of 4 winners globally to meet the Goldman Sachs CEO and the Goldman Sachs team.
Still in 2019, December, Seanice was admitted into the Prestigious Stanford University learning program – Stanford Seed as one of 60 companies from over 2,000 applicants across Africa.
She has been privileged to speak at numerous events in South Africa and across Africa from Mauritius to Ivory Coast on all things digital marketing including; The Goldman Sachs South Africa Conference on 5th March 2020 and IAB Digital Summit 2019, as well as The prestigious DigiMarcon Conference in South Africa as a headline speaker in October 2019 to mention but a few. Seanice has also been featured on the BBC’s #SheWord in April of 2019

As a member of the She trades Commonwealth Society, Seanice was invited to consult with Khumbudzo Ntshaveni, the Minister for Small Business Development, South Africa and a few others on initiatives to support small business in South Africa and trade with other African countries.
As a member of the Business Women’s Association of South Africa, Blu Flamingo Digital Africa leads the outreach and digital strategy for the association.

Currently, Seanice under her company Blu Flamingo Digital Africa, is partnering with like-minded individuals to develop an online digital system that can support small businesses in Africa by putting them online for the 1st time in a manner that considers internet, connectivity and language barriers.
